Meet the Execution Team
Dr. Tony Holmes
Executive Director
TOP District’s Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the District’s operations, programs, events, services, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships to achieve the District’s mission. In parallel, Dr. Holmes serves as a corporate partnership, fundraising SME, new business development strategist, and instructor for the District’s Leadership Development.
Latoya Clark
Chief of Strategy
Latoya is charged with managing the 1/3/5/10-year strategic plan for the TOP District and partners with senior leadership to solidify the District’s vision, mission, priorities, technological investments, new construction, and event roadmap to achieve positive results year over year. Latoya also serves as an instructor for the District’s Leadership Development, AI / Computer Literacy, and Parent’s Day Out Programs.
Alexandria Johnson
Digital Content Production
Alexandria is charged with creating IG, YouTube, FB, TikTok, website, and TOP App content. In lock step, Alexandria deploys program-specific advertisements, communications, and multimedia productions to deliver a cohesive and brand-centric product spurring the community to support the TOP District vision and mission.
Maryjah Pyles
Business Symposium Director
TOP District’s Business Symposium Director and is charged with planning, marketing, and executing of business symposiums, conferences, workshops, and special events. Maryjah’s role focuses on creating high-value 501(c)(3), corporate, and faith-based experiences that connects leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, community partners, and stakeholders to essential resources.
Dominic Spencer
Reporting Program Manager
Dominic supports QuickBooks application, Givelify reconciliation, performance analytics, and 501(c)(3) audit compliance workstreams while constructing program budgets, financial operating procedures, and positions the TOP District for program effectiveness, scalability, and profitability. In lock step, Dominic runs our Sound Engineering Excellence training center.
Symone Pellerin
Summer Youth Enrichment Program Manager
Symone develops dynamic strategies, marketing campaigns, and experiential learning curriculums for the TOP District’s summer camps, youth leadership development, confidence boosting, mentorship, and computer literacy enrichment initiatives. Symone takes pride in creating safe, educationally stimulating, and transformative experiences for youth 5-17.
Aaronthomas Green
Disaster Relief and Recovery (DRR)
Program Manager
AT oversees DRR governance, strategic planning, crisis management implementation, resource deployments, and TOP Yellow Pages referrals. In lock step, AT partners with FEMA, Red Cross, EMS, Fire/Police Departments, Elected Officials, philanthropists, transportation, and volunteers to restore hope, normalcy, and quality of life for the community.
Julia Erazo
Lead Program Manager for
TOP Workforce Readiness (TWA)
Julia establishes workforce strategies, priorities, marketing collateral, and actionable KPIs that drive positive community impact. In lock step, Julia is partnering with Texas Workforce Commission / Solutions, Work in Texas, and other state, federal, and faith-based partners.
Gabrielle Davis
TOP Workforce Readiness (TWA)
Program Manager
Gabrielle creates dynamic TWA digital assets, intake forms, and operational procedures to drive immediate impact while strengthening accountability. Most importantly, Gabrielle helps current and aspiring leaders with resume writing, cover letter, and mock interview support while helping participants update their digital profiles on LinkedIn and Indeed.
Shirmel Heyliger
TOP District’s Go-Green
Program Manager
Serves as the TOP District’s Go-Green program manager and is charged with overseeing environmental sustainability volunteer cleanups, exterior campus beautification, and facility enhancements initiatives. In lock step, Shirmel helps people secure new employment opportunities with skills training, interview coaching, leadership development, and job placement through the District’s TOP Workforce Readiness (TWA) program.
Shonda Jackson
TOP Workforce Readiness (TWA) Program Manager
Serves as a TOP Workforce Readiness (TWA) program manager and is charged with facilitating interest meetings, and helping participants with job searches, resource linkage, resume writing, cover letter, and interview readiness support. Additionally, Shonda provides program administration, event planning, community outreach, and psychosocial support as TWA participants make life-changing transitions.
Kalyn Lewis
TOP District’s Executive Assistant
Serves as the TOP District’s executive assistant and is charged with managing all organizational, administrative, expenses, and operational support for leadership. Kalyn ensures communications are deployed timely, stakeholders feel welcome, priorities are executed, and day-to-day operations run efficiently. Kalyn also oversees District procurement, digital signage, and coordination among program managers.
