To date, Dr. Pyles and the Executive Team are working on the 2027 Phase 2 reverse engineering plans for the construction of the TOP Academy, which is the TOP District’s educational wing. Dr. Pyles will unleash new Computer Literacy, Academic Enrichment, Veterans Support, C.O.R.E. Daycare, Workforce Readiness, Performing Arts, and the Sound Engineering Excellence (SEE) Programs to bridge the gap in equity. In lock step, Dr. Pyles is creating the strategic plans for the TOP’s Phase 3 multi-level Senior Living Center designed to provide a safe, nurturing, multicultural, and intergenerational environment for all who visit. The District is determined to drive positive change that leaves a legacy of hope and efficacy for years to come!
